To file a complaint about a taxicab driver, please call our General Manager Glenn Domingue at 504-522-0629 between the hours of 9:30am 4:30pm weekdays (Office is closed for lunch from 12:00-12:45pm). To file a complaint about an operator E-Mail us. Please include at least one of the following so we may follow up on your complaint:
  • Taxicab Number
  • Driver name
  • Time and place of pickup
  • Operators name
  • Time and date of call with telephone number you called from.
We strive to provide professional taxicab service to our customers. Your input is important to us. All complaints are investigated and if necessary, disciplinary action will be taken against the driver or operator.
All complaints are kept confidential.
